"Baby boomers are inventing a new stage of work. As their numbers swell, they
are transforming work itself—and creating a society that works better for
everyone. Marc Freedman, a founder of Civic Ventures, the Purpose Prize and Experience Corps, tells the stories of encore career pioneers who are opting to work, not retire, but to work in new ways, on new terms and to new ends. " Source: Encore website.
